Cadmium telluride, cadmium zinc telluride, zinc telluride and perovskite compounds supplied as ingots, powders and wafers in 100mm, 125mm and 150mm. CdTe enables conversion of solar energy into electricity; CdTe and CdZnTe are used in X-ray and gamma ray detectors.
Ultra-pure metals in 5N, 6N and 7N purity and various shapes, including indium antimonide (InSb) wafers used to produce high-sensitivity infrared detectors such as thermal imaging cameras.
