CoreWeave was announced as anchor tenant for CAL-3, a 90MW AI-ready facility in Rocky View County, Alberta, which is under construction and scheduled to come online in the second half of 2026.
An upsize to its asset-backed securitization brought the company’s combined ABS and DevCo program to C$1.55B, with Guggenheim Securities acting as sole structuring advisor and placement agent.
The financing combined C$750M in asset-backed securities with a revolver of up to C$600M, and included the first rated Canadian asset-only securitization in the data centre sector.
