Canadian innovation builds a brighter tomorrow.

Quantum eMotion states that it “was born from the groundbreaking research of Professor Bertrand Reulet, one of the world’s foremost quantum physicists, at the Université de Sherbrooke.” It describes his work “in quantum noise and electron tunneling, phenomena where particles can unpredictably pass through barriers” as sparking “the ability to generate true, unpredictable randomness at unprecedented speeds.” The company says it has “evolved from a single technology startup into a comprehensive cybersecurity company for the quantum era”, offering “Miniaturized QRNG designs that can be combined directly onto chips and integrated into almost any device or platform” and “Over 1Gbps of pure quantum generated entropy, compliant by NIST, in a compact and energy efficient design.”

  • Common shares began trading on NYSE American under QNC on 24 February 2026, alongside its existing TSX Venture and Frankfurt listings; OTCQB trading ceased. quantumemotion.com

  • Its SecureKey Cryptographic Module was designated Implementation Under Test on NIST's validation registry, a step toward FIPS 140-3 validation (July 2026). newsfilecorp.com

  • Submitted its eCore-Q PCIe quantum entropy module for NIST review via the Entropy Source Validation Test System, assessed by Lightship Security (August 2026). thequantuminsider.com

  • Began trading on NYSE American as QNC in February 2026, remaining listed on the TSX Venture Exchange as QNC and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as 34Q0. quantumemotion.com
