Scribenote announced ISO/IEC 42001 certification issued by Insight Assurance, covering the AI management system behind its Scribe and Companion products, adding to an existing SOC 2 Type II attestation. The company describes itself as the first veterinary software company to hold it.
Scribenote reported that its users created more than 6,000,000 medical notes during 2025 and states more than 1,000,000 hours were saved. Both are self-reported platform totals. The post also lists 2025 launches: Adaptive Templates, Scribephone, Companion and PIMSPal.
Scribenote announced US$8.2M in seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz with Inovia Capital, the Velocity Fund and angel investors, for its AI scribe aimed at reducing documentation burnout among veterinarians.
